Congratulations to the Freeman Catholic College Bonnyrigg Heights Class of 2025 on your outstanding Higher School Certificate (HSC) results!
Year 12 achieved some incredible results, climbing 43 places in The Sydney Morning Herald rankings to 120th in the state.
We recorded 184 Distinguished Achievers, nine All Rounders and two Top Achievers, with 32 per cent of students receiving an ATAR of more than 85.
Twenty students achieved an ATAR above 95, with Tyrese Urrutia being named the College Dux with an ATAR of 99.85.
Eighteen students also received nominations across the HSC Showcases, with
Pyper Paszyn receiving an inclusion for Industrial Technology, and Angelina Sanfilippo receiving an inclusion Design & Technology SHAPE.
Principal Melinda Melham congratulated Year 12 on their fantastic achievements.
“They worked very hard and we are so excited for the opportunities this gives them,” she said.
“It was impressive to see their commitment to excellence, and how supportive they have been to one another in striving for their personal best.”
SUCCESS ACROSS THE SYSTEM
Sydney Catholic Schools is celebrating an outstanding year of achievement with the Class of 2025 delivering some of the strongest HSC results in the system’s history.
Nearly 4,500 SCS students completed HSC exams this year, collectively achieving 2,875 Distinguished Achievers listings, 43 Top Achievers, 53 All Rounders. Five schools ranked among the top 100 high schools in NSW in The Sydney Morning Herald HSC rankings, with 17 schools in the top 150.
Sydney Catholic Schools again enjoyed incredible success across the Creative and Performing Arts and Vocational Education and Training (VET), with students receiving a record 321 nominations across HSC Showcases, and 1,989 nationally recognised VET Certificate II and III qualifications.
